Nicole Thompson

Nicole Thompson is the founder of Haven Task Management LLC, where she provides thoughtful, reliable support designed to bring ease, comfort, and peace of mind to the individuals and families she serves.

With a strong background in caregiving and household support, Nicole offers a calm, organized, and highly dependable presence. She is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to create a sense of stability in environments that may otherwise feel overwhelming. Clients trust Nicole not only for her skill, but for her consistency, discretion, and genuine care.

Nicole’s passion for this work was shaped through personal experience caring for her aging grandparents—an experience that deepened her understanding of the importance of dignity, patience, and compassionate support. She has since gained extensive experience working with elderly individuals and those facing dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, special disabilities, hospice care, as well as veterans living with PTSD and traumatic brain injuries (TBIs).

Through Haven Task Management, Nicole provides personalized support tailored to each client’s needs. Whether assisting with daily tasks, organization, companionship, or lifestyle support, her goal is always the same: to reduce stress, create ease, and help clients feel more in control of their daily lives.

A Legacy of Care

Nicole naturally connects with individuals and families who value trust, kindness, and a supportive presence in their lives. She takes pride in being someone her clients can rely on—someone who listens, follows through, and consistently delivers a high level of care.

Originally from Portland, Oregon, Nicole spent over 11 years in management before relocating to Arizona with her family in 2020 to begin a new chapter. She is a mother of four—two daughters and two sons—and a devoted animal lover with extensive knowledge in pet care. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places, and continuing to learn and grow.

Nicole holds a Fingerprint Clearance Card and is certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED, ensuring a safe, responsible, and professional standard in all aspects of her work.
